June 2021 Wingmaster class

I'm pretty sure I can guarantee I've never taught the same workout twice. There's just too much good material in the GYROTONIC® system. That doesn't mean there can't be even more. As I continued teaching these classes and preparing for them I began to think of new ideas, especially around abdominal exercises. There are none in the Wingmaster Course and since I wanted these classes to be 100% Wingmaster (aside from the Hamstring series) I began experimenting with abdominal exercises. There's a whole new group of them in this class.
We start once again with Setting 1 seated, then Hamstring series, Setting 3 (pulling exercises) seated, the new abdominal exercises, a few really unique kneeling variations in Setting 1, then two rounds of Setting 2 (pushing exercises).
